      Leadership is working towards setting up a good culture where everyone has a voice. Survey feedbacks are taken seriously and worked upon. Lots of learning opportunities technically.

      Even juniors gets good work, as a small teams are there, you get time to shine, no hard rules for promotions

      Cons

      very bad wlb, leaders sometimes have bad expectations, very few times becomes toxic(and shrugged as a passionate culture)
