Opportunity to work on a niche product with global exposure and collaboration across locations. The Director of QA is driving positive change by introducing new processes and motivating the team. The US management team is approachable and genuinely addresses the India team’s concerns. Overall, a good place for professional growth and learning.

      Pros

      Great pay, stock benefits, insurance, work from home policy. Great opportunity to build a lot of cool new stuff. Love the energy of CEO.

      Cons

      Due to timezone difference leadership in India is always expected to extend during the evening sometimes very late night. HR has suggested common working hours but no one honours that.
