Pros

Sales leadership very careful to create a culture where we treat the customer well, we treat our business partners and support team well, and each other well. It makes a hard job a lot more fun. The entire organization is VERY quick to make sure we (me and my prospects) have what we need to get deals done. Most importantly, the product works, and the success team is awesome.

Cons

It's a growing company. There aren't always answers to every question. There isn't always a process or tool to make things easier. Sometimes we just have to make do with what we have, or work late to create the solution. Thats why I like here so much, but on a day to day basis can be frustrating and definitely isn't for everyone.

Pros

- The onboarding was planned in such a way that it was easily digestible, with each employee leading each session/topic doing a great job of being engaged and excited about the topic at hand. - Post-onboarding access to any employee is welcome. This access has allowed me to ramp up much quicker. - Culture is a 10/10, even for a remote employee. You can quickly tell how invested everyone is in the company's success and the mission at hand. - Interview process was direct and well managed. - Access to leadership (including senior leadership) is still a welcome slack message away. This is impressive for a rocketship startup to maintain, even at this point. - Product direction is in good hands, with roadmap in

Cons

- Remote employment has its downfalls (lack of in-person training, can't tap someone on the shoulder for guidance as easily). - Although the company trajectory is great, there are always uncertainties with startups. If a shifting strategy/process flow isn't right for you, then startup life might not be the best fit.
