      Good for work, bad at wlb

      Even juniors gets good work, as a small teams are there, you get time to shine, no hard rules for promotions

      Cons

      very bad wlb, leaders sometimes have bad expectations, very few times becomes toxic(and shrugged as a passionate culture)

      Pros

      Got to meet some great developers. The international trip every year is impressive. Very few companies offer that.

      Cons

      The work environment has been declining over time, particularly as several valued team members have moved on. Compensation is not even up to the least expectations as per the work. The worst work from policies.
