What a great group of people! Everyone has been open minded, ready for new ideas, and open to change and new process. I could not be happier with my decision to join

Cons

The organization has grown at an amazing pace over the past year. With that comes some growing pain need for process, etc. The important thing is everyone understands and embraces it!

Good peer, nice environment, it was like a family with working and life balance.people here are willing to share, teach and listen to.

Cons

Higher level managers don’t care working level. They seem to be open, to listen and to share but doing nothing eventually. As far as I know there were a lot of people who left after me
