Good pay, benefits, and lots of employees.

Cons

If you’re relocating with your family and offer you a great pay. However since you’ve invested of relocating you’re stuck. This is how they’ll get you. Bottom line you’re either going to do what they want you to do or they’ll find a way to get rid of you one of them is of course you just moved or you just bought a car or for whatever you have invested already for moving. Either way you’ll be mentally abused (details is too much to say here). Also you’ll be at a disadvantage if you’re not Hispanic or White.

* Largely, personable providers to work with *You will gain A LOT of experience * Have designated suture, splint, epistaxis carts!!! (you will realize the blessing once you work in other facilities that require you to get all the individual items for such procedures that are scattered across the whole unit). * Carts outside the room while regularly used supplies * PCAs do your splints and crutch teaching and are generally very helpful * Overall ED culture great

Cons

*High acuities for assignments which can consist of multiple ICU pts and triaging new EMS in the room (but hey makes you stronger as an ER nurse...) * No breaks * Sometimes chart at desk on lunch * Wish they had better pay, incentives, and insurance
