Pros

Still a family work environment on the lower end. Benefits still decent. Quality staff in the units. Some decent middle management.

Cons

Administration has lost sight of why the hospital is there. For the patients. To busy wanting to get bigger and more dominating.

Pros

Pay is competitive. Remote Work Possible. Full Time Employees work hard and are friendly. Healthcare Benefits OK - Not as good for remote workers.

Cons

Poor onboarding experience in training department. Too many contractors who are dedicated to quick fixes but not geared to long term maintenance or sustainability. Unrealistic expectations for roles that go against industry standards. Direct management not interested in Work-Life Balance for their reports. No concern for obtaining and retaining long term talent. Complete contractor mentality. Expectations are completely unsustainable for full time employees. Currently cannot recommend.

Pros

They are pretty good at giving time off as requested ahead of time

Cons

The core lab is run by leads and Managers who know how do a lot of talking and not much else. Before I left they actually assigned them for an online supervisor for the day because there were so many leads just sitting around doing nothing. The building gets so hot you will break out in sweat and that's not ever in the summer. HR is run by women for treat men like we are a threat if we even talk loud to other female employees. The nepatism spans from multiple people in Supervisor positions giving their favorite/partners extra consideration for what shifts and what departments they get to work
