Pros

Co-workers are great and help assist each other when needed.

Cons

The CEO and board meme era who do not work the floor give each other 10-20k bonus every Holiday Season (& collectively make 10million dollar salaries), while the staff that actually work hard make below the average for the entire state.

Pros

The handful of coworkers that aren’t Managements friends/or family. The ones that actual know how to do their jobs.

Cons

The authorizations department is 1 mess up away from a lawsuit. The manager has climbed up the ranks because she “picks the brains” of the quality employees that keep the department afloat just to turn around and present the information as her own. She actually has no clue what she’s doing. If you aren’t her friend you will be overworked, bullied by her buddies, gaslit, belittled, and if you bring it to HR or upper management you will be punished. Promotes unqualified people based on her friendships and treats everyone else like dirt. Probably the reason that department has the highest turnover rate. I’m hoping HR investigate this before it’s too late.

Pros

The benefits are decent, they start right away. You are able to accumulate 300 hours of vacation time. The schedule is flexible (can also be a con). They are willing to advance you into an externship position to help you become certified as a MLS or MLT. The workload is low in the summer.

Cons

There is a lot of work drama. The schedule is never out on time and usually contains numerous errors. The pay is low compared to a national average. The workload is seasonal with more work in the winter.
