      Casual Fridays, learning opportunity , experience looks good on a resume

      Cons

      This job was so unclear and stressful. i was crying on the way to work, dreading the day head of me. 50 hour work week, worklife balance is nonexistant.

      Pros

      Good people in the stores, you get paid decent but no bonus or incentives such as those offered by nearly every other company with salaried management.

      Cons

      Lots of hours, not a learning/growing environment, constant surveillance. Nothing to work towards, you are just surviving. Benefits are incredibly expensive.
