Pros
Ethical company, transparent, does things the right way, strong leadership, good camaraderie. Lots of seasoned professionals but also a good amount of fresh blood. Promote from within. Everyone has a fair shot at becoming successful within the organization.
Cons
OH recently acquired by AMN, which on the surface may be a good thing but I add this as a Con because of the uncertainty that comes with a major acquisition. AMN seems to share many of the same values as OH, so all in all, it's probably a good thing, but things will be much more clear in the coming year once things start getting implemented.
