      Pros

      Working for Onward Search has been one of the best decisions that I have made. This company really takes the time to get to know their employees and make them feel like family. They take the time to get to know your goals and not only genuinely care if you reach them but also take the time to make sure you have all the tools you need to succeed. Everyone is so willing to help each other out and are genuinely excited to see each other grow. The team in the Atlanta office are extremely welcoming and the atmosphere is fun and exciting. There is no micromanaging and everyone is there to work together to succeed as a team.

      Cons

      No cons that I can think of. Onward Search really takes the time to make sure they are taking care of their employees and that they are excited to be a part of the OS team. They listen to peoples concerns and make sure they do their best to change any issues that their employees have. As for maternity leave they have taken these requests and are working to change them :) what more can an employee ask for.

      Pros

      Onward is great because management allows you to have a say in whichever way you want to grow. Most employees start out as Recruiters, and then are suggested which role to grow into but it's ultimately your choice. So is your style. The bottom line is you getting your job done, and if you do you can do that you're allowed whichever style you please.

      Cons

      Having a lot of room for your own growth can be a double edged sword. Either you thrive or your fail. All of Onward's offices have great management that will step in mentor you in the best ways to succeed. There is leniency, but you're in a sales position and have to perform.
