Pros

I have a huge amount of flexibility in my work day. I get a lot of freedom to approach solving problems, which helps me grow as an engineer.

Cons

The company is growing fast (which is a pro or con depending on how you look at it). The logistics of work change a little as we grow, which is a con for me, but not huge and its getting better.

* Excellent culture (friendly, inclusive, supportive) * Smart, skilled staff * Willing and able to take the time to build things well and correctly * Flexible work environment (many employees are remote, many others frequently work from home)

Cons

* Some difficulty focusing and trying to take on too many things at once, though that's a recognized issue and is being actively addresses at multiple levels
