- Agile. Ability to pivot to make decisions without red tape or bureaucracy. - Access to decision makers. Opportunity to be heard. - Ability to make an impact. Lean teams enable employees to work more collaboratively with other teams and see the benefits of their work quicker.

- Organised chaos. Not necessarily a negative but depends on your business unit.
