      Pros

      You can have a good work/life balance if that is what is important for you. Salary levels are in par with market

      Cons

      Toxic atmosphere and environment. ELT lost connection with people on the floor and moving in the direction known only to them. Only way to be valued is to agree to boss, don't try to have opposing opinion.

      Pros

      - Good and smart team of people to work with. - Flexibility on work schedule as needed. - Salary is about on par with industry.

      Cons

      - Many of the core employees have left or will be leaving with many history lost. - A lot of focus on outside U.S. hiring. - Moral are extremely low and don't see this improving. - Many broken ELT promises to employees which lost employee's trust. - Refocus

      - Great industry and a great time to be working for a company like OpSec. - There is much opportunity for growth and establish a career that will flourish - Very customer-centric approach to the business and ask the employees to adopt the same attitude - People are great to work with, helpful, and willing to share - Salary and benefits are on par with the industry - The work environment is extremely friendly

      Cons

      - Change is always hard, during a pandemic, it is harder - Opsec has been merging with a company they purchased, which creates noise always The pandemic has made that a harder - Some people work remote and makes it a little difficult to quickly form those working relationships,
