Exciting industry to work in. With the growth in counterfeiting around the world, OpSec is the leader in protecting consumer products, credit cards and other items we use in our everyday lives. Employees are encouraged to suggest ways to make the factory better. Lots of social activities to participate in... mostly during the work day.

Cons

Work load changes from time to time. When it's busy, it's real busy. Could use a few more bodies.

The company is full of some really smart and talented people, specifically in the brand protection division. The leadership is very committed to the employees success and works hard to achieve both unit and individual success. A pleasure to work with and learn from the members of the brand protection team.

Cons

The direction of the company as a whole seems to shift with the wind. Divisions within the company can be very focused but the overall vision of the company lacks clear direction from an everyday employees point of view.
