1. Openness to new ideas and accepting change head on. 2. The HR Team is really brilliant and always exploring new ways to bring a change to the organization 3. Lots of Learning and Development opportunities 4. The org is invested in growing Talent 5. Becoming digitally savvy is a mantra 6. Great place for anyone in HR & Learning to work and learn skills 7. Lots of well- being and other initiatives taking place to ensure a great work life balance

Cons

Not really any that I have witnessed. The org is changing for the best and colleagues across the globe have to be invested in it.

OpSec has great pay and one of the best benefits in the bay area. They also do 401k match, PTOs, holidays and other benefits. Also you get to work on finest tech stacks
