Pros

- Many colleagues have years/decades of experience in both Authentication and Online - Some sectors are given bonuses to combat the ongoing crippling attrition

Cons

- Handled COVID very poorly - Company refuses to listen to employees - ELT happy to blame anybody, but themselves - Not a pleasant environment to work in

Pros

-Developed close relationships and even friendships with local peers, supervisors and managers -Job is perfectly suited to remote work (but management is pushing return to office) -Mediocre pay and decent benefits -Work can be monotonous, but enjoyable based on client/business problem -ping pong table! -opsec glassdoor reviews dot com -401k match -good people still at the company are trying desperately to keep things running at the local level

Cons

A lot of other reviewers have accurately described the extremely deficient and disconnected executive "leadership" team. When asked on a Townhall about low morale and excessive attrition, a Senior VP responded "Look, morale is NOT low, next question." You have probably gotten the sense that attrition is bad here at Opsec Security Security dot com, but that only scratches the surface, Since OpSec acquired MarkMonitor in late 2019, turnover has been staggering and well outside the bounds of "the great resignation". Employees overwhelmingly expressed a strong desire to remain working remotely as COVID was still in full swing, some threatening to resign if forced to return to the office. Management response to this? Too bad, full steam ahead with return to office plans. But of course that was after the fact that they sublet half the office space to another company to save money on rent and thus don't even have enough space (or chairs) if every employee was to return (Meridian office). Software. You know it's bad when more than 2 years after fully migrating to the 'next generation' platform, there are still unresolved issues and 'enhancement' requests just to work towards parity with the Legacy platform. The engineering department has seen equal or worse attrition to brand operations, and has no way to keep up with bugs and new features due to frequent outages and constant harvesting issues.

Pros

A few good people still work here. The supervisor group is holding this place together, other than that its falling apart.

Cons

Horrible ELT - out of touch, extremely hard to work with, expectations are not realistic. Constant need for more work to be done without more pay, career advancement or recognition. No bonuses. Little to no raises in the last several years. Attrition is very high - loss of knowledge, experience and overall work environment is at a major low. When an analyst leaves, ELT expects other analysts to cover those accounts without extra pay/ recognition and still keep up with their daily work. They then expect the new analyst to fully take on these accounts, but it still becomes the seasoned analyst to train them - again without any extra pay or recognition. If those that want to work remotely are doing a good job, then let them work from home - loss of MANY good employees due to this and low pay.
