Pros

History of authentication and anti counterfeiting services.

Cons

Invest Corp should send in oversight to correct extreme internal issues. Product and services are lagging behind competitors, they are quickly becoming irrelevant in the market place selling old technology when customers are demanding advanced product and services. Work atmosphere is suffering, it is very toxic, leadership is managing by fear and intimidation. Little to no team collaboration and very little appreciation to employees, this is evident in the extremely high turnover.

Poor culture, worse leadership

Recommend

Business Outlook

Pros

There are pockets of strong remaining people who contribute meaningfully to the company. Hopefully the remaining set of employees are rewarded with a new leadership team soon as a testament to their loyalty. There are still strong teams to build a strong company around.

Cons

The leadership team is dishonest, unethical, unaccountable, and incompetent. They do not possess experience in the industry aside from any they might have gained in their short time with the company. Their arrogance prevents them from learning from the peers. The CEO is a narcissist. He is out of touch with the employees, the business, and the industry. Many longtime (5-10 years) director-level and key-contributor employees within sales, operations, engineering, and back-office/admin functions have left the company in the past 12 months. These people were with the company through strong growth years where product development, marketing, and go-to-market strategies were at their highest. The ELT quickly dismissed this group of people's input. Career development is non-existent. Career advancement has occurred through abnormal attrition. HR leadership is unsurprisingly poor, lacking any empathy or compassion for the company's workforce. Salaries and bonuses were stalled or held throughout 2020 and 2021. Read the novel Animal Farm to have a good idea how truths and facts originate here.
