Good colleagues with a friendly attitude An interesting field of work

Cons

Upper management, especially the CEO seems to be clueless. Making short-term decisions to save money at the expense of the employees. CEO is not only bad at business decisions but also doesn't seem to care about the employees, always destroying the last remaining bits of morale every time he opens his mouth. Likely wants to make the company look profitable in the short term and trick someone into buying it.

It has been a challenging 18 months as we've managed through the pandemic and the integration of a large business that doubled our size just before the pandemic hit. Change is difficult, and even more so when we can't sit down face to face with all of our valued team members to ensure mutual understanding of the forward looking plan. Interesting industry Expert colleagues (although very few left)

CEO does not understand the industry and is not interested in anything else than acquiring other companies to artificially inflate company value. Employees are not valued at all and everyone is highly demotivated. Clients are not receiving the service they are paying for as analysts are not spending the full time that is indicated in every contract!!! Every team is loosing people left and right and everyone is receiving unbearable workfload.
