If you are a poor performer, you are probably quite safe here because poor performers aren't dealt with.

Cons

Terrible place to work. So much so that employees are being asked to write fake positive reviews on glassdoor to try to combat the true negative ones. My god, this company goes from bad to worse. Anyone thinking of working here, please consider carefully what you are getting into, and seek professional psychiatric help.

- Good working environment and company culture - Great colleagues - Still the industry leader - No work overtime, respect personal space

Cons

- A global company which is not that "global", especially the general development strategy and regional support - Missed so many chances, very conservative in developing new market - Lack of global mind set, especially when it comes to the regional branch development - Wrong definition of their core competitiveness and value - Talent strategy is a nightmare. All the intelligence output company understand a simple truth that the people is their most valuable treasure. But in this company you can find the ELT happy about 7~10 years experienced performance stars leave the company dozens in a line. They think they got the best technology, they think they only need low-cost rookie click the button. So in a word, they know nothing about this industry.

Pros

The new management team is great to work with. The transparency by the Executive Leadership team about how the company is doing is great. I was pleasantly surprised about the number of big brands the company has as clients and the length of time that these marquee names have been with the company. Working with a software company is the way to go. If you are looking for a company that has a no drama way of doing business then this is the one for you.

Cons

A year and a half ago the company was acquired, there were some growing pains but now things are smoothing out. Sales team on boarding is a little rough around the edges and they know they have to improve it.
