Pros

Interesting product just poor senior/exec management that don't let their employees grow or be used to their full potential

Cons

Not one manager is allowed to make a decision. This then affects employees morale massively. The truth of the matter is nothing is allowed unless the CEO signs it off. The CEO has an exec team that are too scared to challenge upwards. Terrible decisions and has a hire and fire culture. You can be employed one min and sacked the next, just no regard or empathy to people's livelyhood.

Pros

The industry itself is rather interesting.

Cons

Work-home life balance was terrible. I was always told during every holiday or day off that I needed to take my phone with me at all times. To be clear I was not a senior level and I was nearly always messaged/called on my days off with questions that were not important. I've also never worked in a business that has senior management speak to employees the way that OpSec's do, coming from the very top. Due to this, it meant a lot of time and energy went towards focusing on how you would pitch things to those at senior level and manage them, rather than coming up with creative solutions to problems or putting your best work into your actual role. There is no culture of supporting employees or encouraging meaningful growth. Diversity was also terrible.
