Thank you very much for expressing your concerns about OpSec. It has been a challenging 18 months as we've managed through the pandemic and the integration of a large business that doubled our size just before the pandemic hit. Change is difficult, and even more so when we can't sit down face to face with all of our valued team members to ensure mutual understanding of the forward looking plan. The good news is we managed successfully through the worst of the pandemic (hopefully), keeping everyone employed and safe, and with the business now growing.
