Staff, management, atmosphere, siloed, owner. Zero respect for employees, treated like a vagrant. Opinions didn’t matter, neither did family and livelihood. No positive culture or value. Don’t keep staff on probation for 12 months + when the contract states 3 month’s probation. I lost my new house having sold my property and couldn’t obtain a mortgage as on probation. £30k lost in the process too. No respect, no support from HR or management to provide an answer to hire in time. I hate the company with passion! Ruined my family life, ruined my health and mental state. I should have reported and opened up a case but my mental health was battered and wife had just given birth. We were homeless too unable to purchase but rent only. If this isn’t enough to deter you. Then go ahead and make the best stupid decision of your life and join.
