      Niche industry, talented individuals in the US, UK and Europe.

      Cons

      After the acquisition of MarkMonitor from Clarivate over a year ago the ELT that has been put in place has put employees second. Refusing to listen to individuals that are experts in the IP industry, refusing to acknowledge high employee turnover, paying salaries that are under market value and offering limited opportunities for employee development.
