Exciting industry to work in. With the growth in counterfeiting around the world, OpSec is the leader in protecting consumer products, credit cards and other items we use in our everyday lives. Employees are encouraged to suggest ways to make the factory better. Lots of social activities to participate in... mostly during the work day.

Cons

Work load changes from time to time. When it's busy, it's real busy. Could use a few more bodies.

Interesting place to work with interesting technology and products. The company has also seen a number of acquisitions in recent years that have seen the business grow in capability. Executive team always looking to get feedback from employees to help improve working conditions and improve social integration. Passionate, experienced and friendly staff.

Cons

Still a relatively small company but with a very expansive set of products and services, which means there is often a challenge to get the resources and support needed.
