Pros
I consider Opal Group a great place to work because it allows its employees to work from different places around the world, which, in one way or another, makes employees' personal lives more pleasant and flexible for their own matters. Additionally, the atmosphere among colleagues is very good, which is vital when working remotely. Another point is that they are a company that cares a lot about employees' situations, with the goal of helping them.
Cons
Overall, I don’t feel there are any cons at Opal, as my experience with them has been truly positive. I might like to have more interaction with other colleagues, but I understand that this isn’t so easy since we’re in different cities and countries.
