      Pros

      The staff is great, they are always open to help. Is great working for Opal because you have the opportunity to do home office, to have work/life balance and travel to the events where you can meet other co-workers and clients. I´m happy working for Opal, always learning new things.

      Nothing so far, I love working for Opal and I highly recommended it.

      Pros

      Staff is very helpful, a lot of nice co-workers at the location or office. Unfortunately no one stays long, because there is VERY HIGH turnover.

      Cons

      Lackluster training, terrible leadership, poor treatment to workers, low pay and not enough room for improvement or advancement. Owner is arrogant, aloof, disrespectful and grimey.

      Working at Opal Group has been a fantastic experience. Great staff and great managers! The team is always eager to help each other when needed. The events are incredible, and this Company takes care of you every step of the way.
