Pros

you can go to work in jeans

Cons

Before going to Opal I was interviewed by the CEO and the hiring process was very sketchy. During the interview he kept on staring at his computer and it seemed like he did not care and just wanted to hire me and take advantage of a recent college graduate. While working there the job is not hard but it is very boring and monotonous. The managers demand no respect and do no motivate workers. The office is very depressing and the environment is not very encouraging. Please consider it well before accepting an offer here.

Our CEO refers to an electronic version of candidates’ resumes on his computer during interviews. We understand this may give an impression that he’s not paying attention, but he takes his interviews very seriously. He wants to bring in great candidates to help us continue to grow the company. Our staff is an integral part of our growth!

Life Sucking Experience

Pros

At most a jump start, little to no barrier to entry as it hires anyone who is willing to work for peanuts

Cons

Where do I begin? You are left to your devices literally with no support other than "you got to work hard to succeed" advise. I do agree that you have to work hard at anything you do but you need direction and a strong product that people want. The pay, is laughable at best and the amount of work it takes to get that one sale, honestly not worth it. There is a lot of favoritism and unless you really need the experience, just move on to the next job.

Pros

A Jump start. That's all.

Cons

No room for advancement. Little pay. Greed in upper management That's why the budget is so low. Don't waste your time.
