Pros

One of the biggest strengths is the team. The colleagues I work with are incredibly supportive, making the daily work environment pleasant and collaborative. There are numerous opportunities for professional growth and development, and I'm proof of it. The management, especially my direct supervisors, genuinely care about their team members and make the work environment perfect.

Cons

One significant downside is that the salary and overall compensation do not match the market value, and getting raises is difficult. Also, an indifferent HR Department doesn't promote employee welfare.
