Pros

Sometimes your boss will let you manage your own time if you ask it. Amazon bonus at the end of the year.

Cons

Micromanaging all the time. They tell you more policies about the company when HR wants to win an argument. They tell you you can travel to the US for events but that never happen. HR is always after you and you will never tell you all the policies and requirements clearly. They offer you a "consultant" contract that does not give any benefit. Salaries are bad and they will not give/offer a raise.
