Pros

Schedule, Company vehicle , kind of remote

Cons

This company is very cliquey , the leadership structure feels like a boys’ club where titles are handed out like participation trophies. Some in “management” couldn’t lead a horse to water, yet they’re making decisions that affect everyone in the field. The culture rewards “yes-men.” If you question anything or offer feedback, you’re either ignored or treated like a problem. Pay is middle of the road for what’s expected, and benefits are overpriced. Now they’ve added cameras and telematics to the vans, supposedly for “safety” or “insurance” reasons, but in reality it’s just more micromanagement. The van internet barely works half the time, yet people who never leave the office think they can dictate how field techs should operate. This kind of oversight and disconnect is exactly why so many technicians are leaving. If the company truly wants to improve, they need to invest in the people doing the work , not just in more surveillance or upper management titles.

Pros

Decent pay, environmental friendly company.

Cons

Toxic company where the owner and his sons rule by fear and verbally attack employees on a monthly basis. Very high turnover in project management, operations, project controls, and the C-suite. Multiple people were promoted to director and senior director positions without the proper background or experience. We're expected to operate the RNG plants without the proper training. Operations leadership who understood the plants were undervalued, belittled by the current lead, and left the company!! The PMs are undervalued and are constantly blamed by management for execution activities outside of their control. Ops, Commissioning manager, and some PMs work long hours, especially during commissioning, but there isn't any gratitude from management. You're expected to be on-site, 75% travel during the facility start-up. * expensive medical * low morale * only certain people are promoted * the environmental team, from the top down are worthless and don't bring value to the team other than complaining. * the PM team turnover plants to Ops with multiple bugs to work through * virtual pipelines are constantly being used because management can't secure long time agreements with utilities companies, so we're required to manage finicky compressor equipment and CNG trucks *
