Upper management is very strict with breaks You have to be in the office 8 - 5. They are in the process of return to office. Layoffs are frequent. They let people go before 1 year so they don't get a bonus. They promise sponsorship but will terminate employment. Had a software developer ii tell me they enjoy yelling at people. He still currently works there. Another employee will yell at another employee in a zoom call in the office for everyone to hear. I was told that he was yelling at someone in India. It's a weekly thing since I've worked there for 8 months.
