10 days remote work Impactful work Team culture is dictated by usual US culture. So, it is very good to work with US managers.

Cons

Poor infrastructure Less employee friendly Outdated technologies and also lot of inertia to move to newer technologies. Probably because of regulations. This creates inefficiency.

Not much to say They have interesting products for the energy industry.

Cons

Staff is spread very thin by being divided among multiple unrelated tasks or teams. The management does not seem to care about employee growth and well-being. Power is very centralized, middle managers are in title only. They don't have the power to make any decisions.
