They will not pay you for the extra time you work and you cannot adjust your lunch time to balance out the extra time you work -Dissatisfied employees means a negative work enviornment with a lot of gossip -Zero transparency of company profits and expenses -They make it a point to not spend money on third party software to streamline work. This means the process of getting any work done is tedious and daunting -No one has access to any documents except the Admin department. -Zero autonomy in your work -Zero trust in your work -Zero flexibility in work This company is your worst nightmare. If you value your time, your intelligence and your mental health, do not work here.

Literally everything else? Overworked, underpaid, no recognition, micromanaged, treated like a child (literally signs posted in the bathrooms telling you to aim when you pee and stuff like that). Way, WAY too stressful for the pay. 90% of issues stem from upper management.
