cab and lunch is free. thats only pros

Cons

carrer growth stops . Probability of working under some bad manager is very high and by bad i mean very bad. No activity or parties. salary is not good and you will not get recognition of your work. Enviornment is very dull and frustrating. management of Some teams like System integration is very bad.

Smart people are their greatest asset. Get it done attitude with strong experienced management team. Salaries are reasonable. Benefits are OK. Lower level management is good.

Cons

Upper management is in chaos mode. Many successive rounds of layoffs. Salaries are stationary. Many customers unhappy with support.
