Pros
Open Systems has fantastic people to work with. The culture is great. It's an open environment and you feel comfortable talking to everyone including the owner. Employee turnover is very minimal.
Cons
Benefits like 401k and health plan are not that great. Employer matching on 401k is minimal (.03%) Open Systems is a privately held flat (organizational structures) company and doesn't put a lot of money towards employee professional development including training.
