Pros

The company is medium 200-300, but feels small. There is a lot of teamwork.

Cons

Not all the information you need to do your job is readily available. You have to find personal connections within the company to have access to what you need. There is no standard process for salary review. You have to ask.

IT consulting company with technical staff. One of the few IT companies with IT people running the business. They also build their own software so one can learn various technologies and systems.

Cons

training is available but it depends on the client/project you are with, so not too many ways to get into new technologies. there is no 401k match and if we needed time-off, the client was involved in the decision making
