they do have a good clients like big banks

Cons

their accounting department is very unprofessional: any time they have an issie with their invoice, they don't talk to client's HR to resolve issue, they call me: we have to adjust your paycheck because client did not pay us.

Seems to be well connected with major clients throughout the USA from a hiring manager perspective. Starting salary and commissions were above industry norm, by 10%.

Cons

Where to begin, lack of training, not about the how, but to the how OST expects one to perform tasks their way. No procedures, policies, or processes, (either informal or formal). Basically they assume that one will just pick up the “how we do it” by osmosis? The worst part of OST is their mid-mgt selection(s), mainly over the FL region.
