      Pros

      I've been at OpenEye for more than 9 years. OpenEye has been amazing in many ways, and has helped me to grow in my role and in my career. They value their employees and have extremely low turnover, create amazing and unique solutions, and put a lot of effort into making their core values a reality versus just listing words on paper. Highly recommended.

      No full-time wfh opportunities. No major concerns.

      Pros

      Over the years, OpenEye has created a strong corporate culture that values each employee's efforts. Outside of pandemic times, in person collaboration and a team based approach are paramount at OpenEye. The entrepreneurial spirit that formed the company is still strong, and the energy is as vibrant as it was at it's inception.

      Cons

      In the past, there weren't as many positions to grow into being a smaller company. Since the Alarm.com buyout that has changed considerably.
