      Interesting technology they are working with! Very cool to learn about and work with.

      Management does not seem to clear advancement opportunities for most employees and can be disorganized sometimes.

      Pros

      I have been working at OpenEye for less than a year and my experience so far has been entirely positive. I hate being bored at work and there hasn't really been a day so far where I haven't had to learn something new. The work I'm doing is both challenging and rewarding. I also really like the company culture. The people I work with and for are both professional and friendly.

      Cons

      I don't really have anything negative to say. The company is headquartered in eastern Washington so if snow isn't your thing that might be a negative.
