      Pros

      Friendly, casual workplace that rewards capable people with a good work ethic. Private company with all the owners working in the business day to day.

      Cons

      Because its such a casual and culture focused environment people can feel 'left out' of the clique sometimes, although their performance or actions are usually the cause of it.

      Free snacks every friday (company BBQ during summer), friendly environment, focus on the individual, company sponsored events multiple times a year, experience with managers has been great

      Cons

      Low pay for the industry, invests more in R&D than their employees, lack of communication between departments, and lacking structure of benefits between departments (pay scale)
