      CEO is good, Tech Teams in US are god

      Cons

      Outdated technology stack at India, Only poorly skilled engineers, who can't find job elsewhere are here, Maturity of engineering is missing. Not the place to work if you want challenging assignments, unless you report directly to US, to top all compensation for performers also same as under performers
