You'll learn more than you ever knew about our governments, and have a first-hand opportunity to revolutionize the way they operate. Everyone at the company will rally to support you, no matter which team you're on. I've never worked in an environment is 100% focused on the success of the business, rather than individual employee's personal motives. It's great.
Cons
Public Sector can be challenging, but we're figuring it out. The company has had turnover, but it's generally new hires that honestly aren't "cut out" for the job. Many have come from cushy, 9-4 jobs in 20,000+ employee organizations where it's easy to not contribute. If you're considering joining, be prepared to immerse yourself in this sector and drive results.
