Pros

Growth opportunity, product with potential to make meaningful change in the world, constantly making changes to improve our working environment/culture (better benefits, comp, perks, etc), rapid growth in a space that isn't saturated so I truly believe we will soon be a household name in the government realm, investors who are dedicated to our success.

Cons

Leadership team can be out of touch and difficult to work with at times.

Thank you for your feedback. Inclusion has been a big focus as part of our effort to make OpenGov a great place to work, and I’m happy to report that we now have 2 female VPs, and an employee-led group focused in Inclusion initiatives. With that said, we’re always open to feedback that can help us improve, and we’d love to hear more from you. Please email me at Shara.seligman@opengov.com with any additional insights.

Pros

- Moving towards having really solid tech. - Legitimately awesome, smart people. - Genuine, mission-driven culture. Real potential to make a tangible difference in the world. - Ability to advance relatively fast. - Solid benefits, good equity, talented advisors and C-Level management

Cons

- Fast-moving sink or swim environment(This can be a good for learning if you can handle it). - Processes are constantly changing and evolving. Definitely some room to improve here. - Some churn in product direction and priority. - Relatively immature training and mentoring culture.
