Pros

- Moving towards having really solid tech. - Legitimately awesome, smart people. - Genuine, mission-driven culture. Real potential to make a tangible difference in the world. - Ability to advance relatively fast. - Solid benefits, good equity, talented advisors and C-Level management

Cons

- Fast-moving sink or swim environment(This can be a good for learning if you can handle it). - Processes are constantly changing and evolving. Definitely some room to improve here. - Some churn in product direction and priority. - Relatively immature training and mentoring culture.

Pros

- Getting to work alongside some of the most talented (and motivated) engineers, designers and product folk in the industry - Getting to work with cutting edge tech that powers one of the most sophisticated (and highly usable) reporting platforms out there. - A broad vision for transforming the relationship that people have with their governments (and how governments relate with each other)

Cons

- Worklife balance (at least in engineering) could be improved. People get spread pretty thin across multiple projects/responsibilities which could lead to a high risk of burnout.

Pros

Opportunity to impact government and great mission

Cons

The culture is the worst I’ve experienced within any company. Employees are berated, instilled with fear, and horribly treated. Leaders are not fit to lead and have mistreated employees tremendously. High level of misogyny, discrimination, and disgusting behavior that should be tolerated at no company. The toxicity in the workplace is reflected with the high attrition rate. Wouldn’t recommend this company to my worst enemy.
