OpenGov cares, a lot, about their products, people (on the team and the customers), and processes. OpenGov leadership/management is hands-on, asks questions, and helps support you. OpenGov recognizes and rewards results and individuals that go above and beyond. At OpenGov, the mission, the customers, and the people you work with give you all the reason to get up in the morning! The renewed office culture within the hubs is creating vibrancy, cohesion, and relationships that make for a stronger business and improved sales, delivery, and customer success motions.

Cons

If you do not embrace change (for continuous improvement); if you are not motivated by a sense of urgency (to do more, better, faster); if you are not driven to achieve excellence, exceed expectations, and become the best version of yourself; if you are not inquisitive and always exploring opportunities to proactively problem-solve and drive toward the common goal and objective, OpenGov may not be an ideal fit.
