Suffers from all the problems 10+ year old companies that still call themselves startups have: Pretty regular reorganization. Stuck in a failed monolith decomposition. Often have "more than one master" problems. Is almost always "in the red" relying on venture capital to stay afloat. Probably was a great "people focused" place to work when it was really a startup, now it's coasting on that reputation.
