Management is supportive and inclusive to your success. OpenSesame is an amazing company. Proud to work for them. Not a cutthroat atmosphere for a sales office. Coworkers are eager to help you to become successful. Mentorship

Lots of interviews but, want to screen out bad apples.

- Lots of freedom - Some ability to have input (which is way more than I am use to) - Ability to ask any question, any time and get an answer. - Transparent Leadership. - Book Club Dinners - Professional Development is encouraged - Friendly people - Godlike PTO Policy. Huge fan of it. - Management Staff is approachable and cares to give you an answer that is more than the standard "It's above your paygrade"

Cons

- Standard growing pains of a company looking to expand. - The coffee is too good, having a hard time enjoying my Keurig due to being spoiled.
