High turnover - people in my team quit like every 1-2 years, and it takes 6 months to fill the open position. That means that there is always 1 or 2 open positions at any time and the rest of the team is doing overtime to make up the work.
Between 40-55 hour workweeks and never got paid overtime ever.
Vacations suck because the team is always on fire. There is never any time to take vacation.
Very hard to get a promotion. Very hard to get a raise. There is no such thing as a performance bonus.
The work is also very tedious and not fulfilling.
