Pros

Great colleagues on my team

Cons

I wish I didn’t even have to give a one star rating. This place is awful Every decision is made at the whim of the CEO ( who thinks he is infallible) Focus changes often, based on what the CEOs current bandwagon idea is If you want to be a direct contributor to the success of a company and feel good about your job and career then this is not the place for you- here you are just a number.

Pros

Flexible work schedules, work from home, no micromanaging

Cons

Everybody who is an acquisition gets laid off. I hung on as long as I could while seeing my colleagues get let go, one by one. Work is either absorbed or outsourced.

Pros

Some very, very good people and technologies to work with. Compensation and benefits were also good in my role (Services Business Development).

Cons

Some turf wars and being disconnected from HQ. No real thought applied to making decisions when restructuring (my job was eliminated on the day I landed the largest services deal in AB for the year). Their product portfolio still needs a lot of work to be fully integrated.
